I graduated from LCHS in 2008. From there, I enrolled at Motlow State Community College, with a major in English. I graduated from MSCC, with my Associates Degree, in 2010. The following Fall, I continued my education at Middle Tennessee State University, majoring in English with a minor in Drama. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree, and certification to teach English and Drama, in 2012.

The 2014-2015 year marks my third here at LCHS, and I couldn't be happier. I have wanted to teach at LCHS since I was a student here, and I am glad that I have been blessed with the opportunity to contribute to the education system that helped to shape me.

My name is Adam Faulkner. I am an English 4/Drama teacher here at LCHS. I started acting in the first grade, with my theatrical debut as a cranberry in our Thanksgiving play. From there, I participated in as many school performances as I could. In high school, I began to take Drama classes and to act with our local theatre troupe, Carriage House Players. All the while, I was fostering a deep love for literature and the complexities that it offers. I earned my Associates degree from Motlow State Community College and my Bachelors degree from Middle Tennessee State University (majoring in English, minoring in Drama, and pursuing as many Drama activities as I could). When it came time to begin to seriously search for schools to apply to work at, my first though was LCHS. LCHS was/is my dream job. I applied, interviewed, and was hired before I walked across the stage to receive my degree. I have been very blessed so far, and I look forward to seeing what my future years at LCHS hold in store. With a growing Drama Club, a thriving Theatre program, and a strong passion for the classes- both Literature and Drama- that I teach, the only way from here is up!
