Attention Seniors: Prom tickets are on sale. The price increased March 1 to $40.00 and will increase again April 1. You can purchase tickets from Mrs. Jan Posey in the front office. Tickets can only be purchased before school, during break, or during lunch. Tickets must be purchased before Spring Break in order to receive your prom t-shirt.

 

LEAPS will be meeting before and after school in Ms. LeBlanc's room, 16A beside Coach Thomas's office for the remainder of the school year.

 

LCHS Lady Falcon Volleyball open gym will begin Wednesday April 5th from 3:30-4:30 at NGA. This is open to freshmen, sophomore, and junior players that were a part of the 2016 volleyball team.

 

The Robotics Team is at competition! You can follow the team live at www.thebluealliance.com ! The competition is also open to the public and free to attend! It is at the Von Braun Center - South Hall in Huntsville, AL. You will need to pay for parking. The team will be on and off the field all day Friday until 6:30pm and Saturday from 8am-6pm! Wear school colors and come support the team!

 

There will be a student project graduation committee meeting, next Tuesday, March 28, 2017, in Rm. 2 during break. Please be sure to attend, we will discuss food, games, and prizes.

 

Current Winter Guard students need to meet Mr. Johnson in the Auditorium during break on Tuesday.

 

Seniors please check the Caps and Gowns list at the front office desk to be sure that you have ordered. If not you need to turn in your height and weight to Mrs. Plunkett so that we may order your cap and gown.

 

Seniors if you ordered invitations from Jostens please check with Ms. Posey in front office to pick them up.

 

LCHS Basketball Banquet Sunday, March 26, 2017 2:00pm.

 

On April 1st at 9am Lincoln County High School will be hosting the Lincoln County CrossFit Games for Wounded Warriors. The games will take place in the pit and consist of three hero crossfit workouts. There is no fee to compete. Tickets are $10. All proceeds will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. You can buy tickets in the front office from Ms. Patti.

 

Student Board Applications are available in the front office. Students may only apply for 2 boards and/or Leadership Lincoln so carefully think about which ones you would like to apply for. The deadline to turn these back in to the front office is next Friday, April 7, 2017. Student Boards are 1st National Bank Student Advisory Board, Main Street Teen Board, Junior's House Youth Advocacy Board, Library Teen Advisory Board, Chamber of Commerce Student Advisory Board, Fayetteville Public Utilities Student Board, and Youth Leadership Lincoln.

 

Skills USA will be selling snacks this Friday March 24 as well as next Friday March 31 in front of Coach Phillips room during Falcon Time.

 

SENIORS- Caps and gowns will be passed out on April 12 and 13th in the commons area during lunches.The graduation fee is $65.00. This includes caps and gowns, diplomas , programs etc. If you are fee waived you will need to tell Ms. Posey when you pick up your cap and gown.

Congratulations to the Girls Tennis Team and Coaches on their win over Columbia yesterday.
